Team BrokeYak Mountain enter the Mongol Rally

Would you drive an old banger unsupported in a rally from the UK to Mongolia?

Team BrokeYak Mountain are doing just that, in July (leaving the UK on 23rd July), August and possibly for longer depending on how well their old banger holds up.

Josh, Dan, Oli, Ollie and Rory will be travelling 9000 miles through deserts, over mountains and across the steppe in a Suzuki Carry - all to raise money for the Christina Noble Children's foundation and Cancer Research.

CherSoft and Navidatum are supporting the team by providing the technology to transmit the team's position and messages via satellite - mobile phones don't get a signal in the Gobi Desert!
