Unable to get charts Error 403? Options

Not a great start. I followed the procedure on screen, but have been unable to download charts to begin my trial period. I get the message Error 403 forbidden. Help.

Hi Graham,

I think the system clock on your PC might be set to the wrong date and time?

Could you check it please - bottom right of the screen normally.

I think now that you have the correct TIME but the DATE is still out (set to the 4th October).
